It’s the 1st of June, SUMMER IS HERE!! We’ve had loads of gorgeous days of sun throughout May, even on the bank holidays, which, you know, never happens! All of the lovely weather has made for happy filming at Zeddy Productions, and it has certainly been a busy old month.

We started the month with a cool shoot using gimball at East Midlands Airport, for Yale Security. They had a professional presenter demonstrating Yale products and talking about the importance of staying up to date with security. You have to stay one step ahead of the crooks!

Statement Release

Next we filmed our quarterly pension scheme shoot for a global brand that we work with often. They like to keep their staff up to date on what’s happening with the company pension scheme by filming a statement release. A video such as this is a great way to get news out to the entire workforce quickly. And staff are so much more likely to watch a two minute video, than they are to read a company statement.

 

From Corporate to Family Fun

 

We’ve been filming with intu Victoria Centre and Broadmarsh quite a lot recently. Throughout May, and early June, they’re holding lots of exciting, fun activities for their “Family Club” scheme, and Zeddy Productions have been on scene to capture all of the fun. There has been Space hopping (or is it space hoppering?), kids tv shows being screened with free popcorn to enjoy with it, table tennis, table foot ball, giant Connect Four and loads more to enjoy. We were also down on the farm, Manor Farm in East Leake that is, capturing all the fun of their Super Hero Day. We’re talking animal petting, indoor and brand new outdoor play area, donkeys dressed as super hero’s, and activities in the woodland. If you haven’t been to Manor Farm before then it’s definitely worth a visit.

 

Medical Breakthrough

Zeddy Poductions took to the skies last week and hopped over to Ireland for another exciting shoot, which we are currently sworn to secrecy about.

We were filming patient case studies and interviews with doctors about a huge medical breakthrough, ahead of a major press launch that we are filming in London, in a couple of weeks. More on this in June, but it is most definitely worth checking back with us and seeing how lives can be changed with the announcement of this incredible discovery.

 

What’s coming up?

The Zeddy Productions diary is already filling up as far ahead as September. In June, as well as the medical breakthrough announcement, we’re looking forward to filming “A Day in the Life” for Saint-Gobain, where we’ll be following one worker throughout their day, seeing what they get up to and what challenges they face along the way.

 

Then we’ve got loads more filming for the National Citizen Service (NCS) Youth Activity Scheme days in July. We were last with them back in April and it was so inspiring to see the young delegates getting stuck in to the activities. Here is a link to the blog all about it, in case you missed it.
